Declaration U is the brain child of Dr. George McDowell, Matthew Webb, Johnny Hayes, and Elaine Roberts. These people sensing that many out there wanted to know more about kingdom teaching and had no way to find out about it needed a place to which they could run for truth. Also because Dr. McDowell was working in Foreign nations and seeing the great need for information there, a delivery system had to be thought out that could encompass both the hungry students in the United States and Worldwide. Thus, the internet was embraced with its unlimited capability of reaching humanity anywhere in the world. So from a local church these people began building an electronic bridge to thirsting humanity. That bridge was called Declaration U.
